Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing bartending support during special occasions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor; ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures in the food industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: $19.85 - $24.00 per hour
