Looking for servers to work in Madison's hottest and busiest new restaurant: Thrill Factory! As seen on Shark Tank!
We are hiring enthusiastic Front of House Team Members (Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Barbacks) who are passionate about people, entertainment, and ensuring our facility runs smoothly.
Front of House (Bar and Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and recommend selections based on guest preferences.
- Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle guest payments and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
- Request proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable (under the age of 30). Consult with management on questionable identification.
- Provide positive guest recognition and relations through personal performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment with all team members and fosters a team-oriented approach to accomplish tasks.
Thrill Factory is not only a bar/restaurant, it is an exciting and expansive venue with 10 different attractions for our guests to enjoy (including Laser Tag, Escape Rooms, Bowling, Arcade, Mini Golf, and more!). We want you to be enthusiastic and entertaining, and open to growing and succeeding with us!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $18.00 per hour
