Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as per recipes.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen operations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in restocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health regulations.
• Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when necessary.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques.
• Experience in food preparation within a restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with meal preparation processes and culinary terminology.
