About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable individuals to join our events team at the entry level. You’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch sales experiences, building customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our events.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Driving Sales at Events: Interact directly with attendees, promoting and selling products while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Product Promotion: Showcase product features, answer questions, and inspire confidence in potential customers through persuasive, engaging interactions.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with event attendees, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Event Setup and Support: Assist in setting up engaging displays and ensuring the event space is ready for seamless interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service representatives, sales associates, and event teams to hit sales targets and keep the event running smoothly.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to identify opportunities for enhancing sales approaches and product presentations.
