Thrive Alliance is a nonprofit organization serving the community with a mission to provide a safe, supportive environment where youth can grow, learn, and thrive. Our organization offers a variety of programs and services that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development for youth aged 6 to 18.
Community Engagement
The Executive Director will play a critical role in building relationships with staff, supporters, and local stakeholders, including government officials and nonprofit leaders. They will also supervise key personnel such as program directors and operations managers. The Executive Director will ensure that all programs and services align with the mission and community needs, and will lead the creation and oversight of the annual budget. They will also review monthly financial reports and work with the Board treasurer and finance staff on presentations to the Finance Committee and the full Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Enthusiasm for the Mission, Vision, and Values of Thrive Alliance.
- Commitment to safety for all youth, staff, and volunteers in all programs and spaces at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, plan, and coordinate operations in a multi-unit organization.
