We are seeking an Executive Director who will report to the Board of Directors and lead a team of staff and volunteers dedicated to serving the youth of our community. The ideal candidate is a passionate and strategic leader with a strong ethical foundation, capable of balancing operational management with community engagement. This role involves building relationships with staff, supporters, and local stakeholders, including government officials and nonprofit leaders, while directly supervising key personnel such as program directors and operations managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and accountability for staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring effective daily operations.
- Act as liaison with the community, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with national policies and standards.
- Oversee development, execution, and evaluation of programs, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs.
- Lead the creation and oversight of the annual budget, review monthly financial reports, and work with the Board treasurer and finance staff on presentations to the Finance Committee and the full Board.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

- Commitment to safety for all youth, staff, and volunteers in all programs and spaces at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, plan, and coordinate operations in a multi-unit organization.
