Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Description: We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and community partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and building partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the needs of Coastside youth and families, with a passion for social justice and community development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
