Duties
The Memory Care Director will work with the Health and Wellness Director to:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Supervise and train team members in best practices for memory care and medication administration.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to memory care services.
- Collaborate with families to provide education and support regarding dementia care strategies.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Manage daily operations of the memory care community.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere that promotes social engagement and cognitive stimulation for residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident progress and adjust care strategies accordingly.
