At Thrive Child Psychology, we are growing our team of compassionate, dedicated psychologists who aim to provide evidence-based services to improve the lives of children and families. We are currently seeking licensed or license-eligible psychologists (post-doctoral fellows) with experience providing comprehensive psychological evaluations and psychotherapeutic interventions to children and adolescents with a broad range of academic, social-emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological/psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents with symptoms of ADHD, ASD, and/or specific learning disabilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to children and adolescents for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, executive functioning deficits, and anger control challenges
- Provide family therapy and parent coaching for youth with disruptive behavior disorders
- Work with culturally diverse individuals and groups in an appropriate and effective manner
- Consult with medical (i.e., pediatricians, psychiatrists) and educational professionals for case collaboration
- Complete clinical paperwork (e.g., treatment plan, progress notes, evaluation reports) in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with colleagues through peer supervision and monthly team meetings

Applicant Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed or License-Eligible (Post-Doc) in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
