Thrive Church is looking for a skilled and passionate Audio Sound Technician to join our dynamic worship team. If you have experience with sound equipment and a heart for creating a great worship environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Start Date: February 2, 2025
- Position Available: Audio Sound Technician
- Commitment: 4-5 hours per week (with the possibility of additional hours for special events or rehearsals)
- Location: Thrive Church, 2065 McConnells Hwy, Rock Hill, SC 29732
Requirements:
- Experience in audio engineering, preferably in a worship setting
- Knowledge of sound equipment and mixing boards
- Ability to collaborate with a team of musicians and worship leaders
- A heart for worship and service
- Availability for weekly rehearsals and Sunday services
- Dependability and punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate sound equipment for weekly services and special events
- Ensure high-quality sound for worship services, including mixing live audio
- Work closely with musicians, worship leaders, and other team members to create an immersive worship experience
- Maintain and troubleshoot sound equipment as needed
- Attend weekly rehearsals and be present during Sunday services
