Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This involves carrying out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
