Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the physical integrity of our communities, maintaining a safe and secure living environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. This includes performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools, diagnosing and repairing minor issues, and assisting with make-ready repairs and services.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects. Weekend schedule requirements apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property
- Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services
- Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
