Essential Functions
- Actively recruiting active and passive candidates for our fast growing internal and field operation roles
- Contributing to the fabric of the Corporate Recruitment team by identifying and qualifying top-notch candidates
- Developing relationships with candidates for current and prospective roles
- Leveraging referrals, networks, colleagues and community relationships to support personnel needs
- Utilizing various search techniques such as LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, as well as recommending new recruiting sources
- Maintaining an active pipeline of candidates by reviewing resumes, executing informative candidate phone screens, scheduling interviews and making recommendations to hiring managers
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and Candidate Tracking tools daily.
