We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated, experienced, and ridiculously compassionate leader to take the reins at our brand-new THRIVE Early Learning Academy. If you love managing people as much as you love tiny humans with big personalities, this might be your moment.
What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome):
- Keep the center running smoother than a naptime lullaby.
- Ensure we’re in tip-top shape with all state and local regulations (because rules matter, even if toddlers disagree).
- Hire, train, and lead an all-star team of early childhood educators.
- Coach, support, and inspire staff—bonus points if you can turn tough feedback into a motivational pep talk.
- Manage schedules like a pro (yes, even when life happens).
- Maintain a safe, clean, and seriously fun learning environment.
- Oversee curriculum implementation like the educational rockstar you are.
- Fill our classrooms with happy little learners through stellar marketing and community engagement.
- Build genuine relationships with families (because we’re all in this together).
- Handle parent inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and maybe a little humor.
- Be the go-to problem solver for anything from spilled juice to staffing puzzles.
What We’re Looking For (AKA, You!):
✔ Director I certification (non-negotiable)
✔ At least 2 years of experience leading in an early education setting
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education (preferred but not required)
✔ A knack for leadership—if people naturally look to you for guidance, you’re our kind of person!
✔ Background check & fingerprint clearance (because safety first, always)
✔ A love for kids, teamwork, and making a real impact
