As our Director of First Impressions / Program Administrator, you'll be the first smiling face families see, the voice of calm on the phone, and the secret superhero keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love keeping things in order, chatting with families, and making a difference in the lives of children and educators, this role is calling your name!
What You’ll Do (Superstar Duties )
Front Desk Boss – Greet families, staff, and visitors like they’re VIPs, answer calls and emails with kindness and efficiency, and keep our front office looking as welcoming as your favorite cozy café.
Admin Extraordinaire – Juggle daily office tasks like a pro—filing, processing forms, handling correspondence, and ensuring child records are up to date.
Communication & Family Engagement Guru – Keep families in the loop about events, updates, and all things THRIVE! Create and distribute newsletters, manage inquiries, and help make sure parents always feel heard and supported.
Data & Enrollment Wizard – Manage attendance and program records with precision.
Event Planning Sidekick – Assist in coordinating center events, parent conferences, and celebrations that bring our community together!
Health & Safety Guardian – Monitor sign-in/out procedures, maintain safety records, and help ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations.
Support for Leadership – Provide administrative support to our Program Director and team to keep everything running smoothly.

What You Need to Join Our Team
High school diploma required; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
Experience in admin or receptionist roles (bonus points if it’s in childcare or education!).
Customer service and organizational superpowers.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and database software.
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to get it).
Bilingual? That’s a plus but not required!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
