Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Evolve Healthcare Inc. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, supporting their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform venipuncture and assist in various clinical procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments and triage based on medical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems like Epic.
• Assist in emergency medical situations as needed.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong skills in venipuncture, triage, and patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour
