The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, special education, and behavioral health. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and conducting diagnostic evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities. *Duties* - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors - Provide training to caregivers and other professionals on behavioral techniques - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations *Experience* - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required - Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning - Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods - Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices. Supervise BTs and RBTs for 10-20% of client hours. Encourage growth with BTs to become RBTs. Willingness to take students pursuing the BCBA credential. Willingness to treat clients if staff calls off. Willingness to travel approximately 40 miles away, but this will reduce as we grow and get more clients in one localized area. Help with business social media content. Enjoys variations in their weekly schedules and is willing to be flexible as we grow.

*** This position hours would be between noon to 8pm***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
