- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: April 21, 2025
- Shifts: 12-Hour Day & Night Shift (with flexibility to cover other shifts when needed)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (Excludes Admission/Discharge Weeks and Cycle Break Week)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent psychiatric patients—because no two days (or nights) are ever the same.
- Crisis Intervention: Utilize de-escalation techniques to keep patients (and your sanity) safe.
- Collaborate: Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and treatment planning.
- Document: Maintain accurate patient records in RPMS (because if it’s not charted, it didn’t happen).
- Float Friendly: Be ready to float to other departments if needed—variety is the spice of life, right?
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Licensure: Active and current RN license (any U.S. state accepted)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – (required) & ACLS (preferred)
- One of the following: Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Crisis Prevention (CPI), MANDT, or TEAM certification (required)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of psychiatric nursing experience—because this isn’t your first rodeo.
- Flexibility: Must be open to working other shifts and handling holiday coverage (bonus points if you’re a night owl).
