Job Description
Req Certs: ACLSBLS/BCLSNursing CertificationsNIHSS
EXP: 2 years’ experience current required in telemetry/progressive care unit required. Must be a team player,flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one13-week travel assignment.
CERTS: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. BLS and ACLSmust be completed through American Heart Association, American Health andSafety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler mustpass the BCA testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do not passthe BCA test will be dismissed.
SHIFTS: 12 hour night shift position - start time 1900 - 3 Weekend shifts in a 4 week scheduling period - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first tofloat within facility and to alternate locationswithin 20 miles of permanent assigned location and to all areas in which theyare trained, including the ED and alternate holding areas to care forappropriate patients, including PresNow ED/UC (freestanding urgent/emergent care facilities)
