Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate client relationships through regular phone calls and visits
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Create estimate in response to RFPs
- Design contracts aligning with client expectation
- Serve as a liaison between the client and project team
- Finalize sales, involving relevant colleagues when necessary
- Verify that project estimates accurately reflect the required information, products, and quantities, and include any requested changes from the customer
- Create and deliver job schedules, budgets, and materials lists to the appropriate team members and clients
- Engage in industry events and trade-shows
- Utilize networking opportunities to expand and strengthen professional connections and foster potential business relationships and opportunities
