An Oxford Garden Inside Sales Specialist is a thoughtful collaborative and confident sales professional. They listen first to understand client needs and assist with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder that enjoys communicating in a fastpaced environment working on multiple projects and engaging with clients throughout the day.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Create and manage customer relationships
- Leverage technology to interact with clients
- Create and manage estimates through the sales process
- Follow up on outbound targeted marketing campaigns
- Respond with meaningful sales conversations from customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Support outside reps with estimates product and shipping information
- Travel to regional customers and trade shows (95% inside sales / 5% travel)
- Additional sales duties
