What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Thrive Lawn Care?
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional. Although experience is preferred, we are more than willing to provide proper training and education to ensure you're confident in your job.
Duties - Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools for landscaping projects - Dig and plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants as needed - Install mulch, rock, landscape edging etc. - Perform property cleanups, bed cleanups, and bush trimming
Experience - Prior experience in landscaping or related field is preferred - Proficiency in using power tools and equipment - Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus - Ability to work efficiently and independently in various weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
