What You Will Do
- Manually assemble valves according to detailed work orders
- Test finished products to ensure top performance and safety
- Suggest improvements to processes or note defects to enhance product quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and management
- Stay current on updated procedures and process improvements
You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
- A high school diploma or GED
- Some experience with assembly or manufacturing (1-3 months or more) is a plus
- Ability to read instructions, communicate clearly, and do basic math
- A hands-on mindset and enjoy physical work (including lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and improve processes
- A strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and dependability
