What You Will Do...
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields for pain and spine procedures.
- Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and other team members to optimize patient care.
- Participate in pre- and post-operative duties, including equipment checks and inventory management.
