Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a Positive work environment
- Managing other technicians
- Training technicians and concierge team members
- Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures
- Making work schedules
- Attending meetings
- Reviewing staff time sheets
- Troubleshooting repairs
- Inventory and ordering
- Hiring of employees
- Staff evaluations
- Confidently training new hires in all aspects of patient care including anesthetic monitoring
- Splitting the week between admin time and time on the floor as a technician
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of direct patient care experience; CVT / LVT / RVT preferred
- 2 or more years of leadership experience
- Team player and willingness to cross train in all areas of a general practice
- Self-driven accountability for learning
- Positive attitude

- Self-starter
- Weekend availability
