Business Development Representative/Sales Professional

Thrive Physical Therapy is a dynamic, evidenced based outpatient physical therapy practice founded in Chattanooga, TN and now expanded to the Knoxville, TN region. We have a total of 10 outpatient facilities in our Chattanooga region and 3 outpatient facilities in Knoxville region. We are 100% PT-owned, 100% locally owned and operated, and it is our mission to be the primary physical therapy provider in each community that we serve.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Representative/Sales Professional to join our Knoxville team to make our team even stronger! Job duties (are not limited to, but do include):

• Calling on established partners to maintain business relationships
• Developing new relationships with local referral sources
• Distributing promotional material
• Educating referral sources on new events, programs, and promotions
• Hosting breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year in medical sales, medical marketing, or a related field (required; 5 years is preferred)
• A general understanding of physical therapy & related services (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Excellent customer service skills (required)
• A Knoxville native, or someone who has lived in the area long enough to have established (preferred)
• Currently established relationships with medical providers in the Knoxville community (preferred)
• Clinical background (i.e. RN, LPN, PT, PTA) (preferred)

Job Type:

• Full-time
• M-F, day shift
• Some weekend shifts required as needed for events

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
