This is a remote, in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners (virtually or in-person) to provide tailored solar energy solutions. If you’re a results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.

- Conduct remote consultations and virtual home assessments to determine solar suitability.
- Present customized solar system proposals, including financial savings, environmental benefits, and incentives.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with state and federal solar incentives, energy rates, and industry trends.
- Track leads and sales activities using CRM software.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally, if necessary.
- Knowledge of solar technology and state / federal incentives is a plus, but not required (training provided).
