The primary duties of a County Coordinator involve networking and building relationships with CDDP representatives, Caseworkers, Customers, and Direct Support Professionals DSPs to join Thrive Services. This includes ensuring and maintaining a solid business connection that results in customer satisfaction and growth of the Agency in the County.
DUTIES
The County Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, networking, and persuading Caseworkers, Customers, and DSPs to join Thrive Services. The candidate should Have a good sense of judgment and decision-making, be honest in all situations, and be capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information. The position includes a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
- Implement, and achieve monthly performance targets (quota).
- Liaison between the County and the Admin Office.
- Be knowledgeable about the County CDDP and the I/DD Community.
- Services existing contracts and establishes new contracts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call and visit existing or potential Case managers, caseworkers, or Personal Agents.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and satisfaction levels and solve potential customer issues.
- Attend community and cultural activities.
- Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Communicates any customer complaints with their immediate supervisor and collaborate by investigating circumstances, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to leadership.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and webinars.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successful completion of a background investigation and passing a drug test.
- 7 Years of experience.
- A vehicle that is insured and has a valid driver's license.
- Bilingual: English & Spanish

- Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities.
