Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalized nursing care to pediatric patients based on their unique needs and goals
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- RN or LPN license with valid state certification
- Current CPR certification
