Job Description
As a nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to medically fragile children in their homes. This includes assessing and evaluating patient condition, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, and participate in ongoing education and training programs.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license and current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably those with complex medical needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
