Job Description
As an occupational therapist with Thrive SPC, you will work with a variety of pediatric patients, including those with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the patients' homes, developing personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with our interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong passion for working with pediatrics and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with patients and families.
A valid license to practice as an occupational therapist is required, as well as current CPR certification.
