Work Environment:
As an Occupational Therapist with Thrive SPC, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children, and we believe in putting the needs of our clients first. You will work with pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes, using electronic charting software and participating in preceptor program and mentorship training. To be successful in this role, you should have a demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics, an unencumbered license to practice as issued by the state board, and current CPR certification. Additionally, you should have experience with common diagnoses treated, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, Down Syndrome, feeding difficulties, conditions associated with prematurity, neurological disorders, and congenital anomalies affecting function.
