**Job Description:** As a Medically Fragile Children's Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. This may include administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring client health status. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
