Job Description
As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will provide one-on-one care to medically fragile children in their homes. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CURRENT RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
