About the Role
As a Pediatric Care Specialist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. This role requires a deep understanding of pediatric nursing and the ability to work collaboratively with families to develop individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work collaboratively with families to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Requirements
- RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
