About the Job
This is a night shift position available for a little girl in PITTSBURG, TX. You will have the opportunity to work with a small caseload, allowing for personalized attention and care. We offer additional clinical training and opportunities to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet each patient's unique needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- RN/LVN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
