- Provide high-quality clinical home care to pediatric patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet each patient's unique needs
- Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- RN or LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
