Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements:
• RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
