Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to join our team in Port Arthur, Texas. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one care to our patients, working with them to achieve their full potential. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
- RN or LVN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
