Job Summary
We're seeking a qualified RN/LPN to join our team of dedicated nurses in Reidsville, NC. This is a part-time position, working 3:30PM - 8:30PM on Mondays and Thursdays, with meet and greets held on Fridays. About the Role
As a pediatric nurse with Thrive, you'll be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to a sweet 16-year-old female client with Bainbridge-Ropers Syndrome and asthma. Your primary duties will include:
- Assessing the client's medical needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the client's physician
- Monitoring the client's vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Providing education and support to the client and her family on disease management and self-care
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current, valid license to practice as an RN or LPN issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience working with pediatric clients with complex medical needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
