We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team and provide compassionate childcare to our sweet patients in the Rocky Mount, VA area. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of families and contribute to the development of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to medically fragile children
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing clinical training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
