Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric home health patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Requirements
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
