Responsibilities
- Provide 1 on 1 care in the home for our pediatric clients
- Work with a team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
