About the Job:
Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC Careers is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to provide exceptional nursing care for a sweet female patient in the home. Our nurses work 1 on 1 with medically fragile children and receive pediatric focused training and education.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
- Work flexible schedules, including day shifts
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Active RN/LPN License issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
