Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from birth to age 21, and provide individualized care that addresses their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in your state
- CPR certification
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and families
