Job Summary
As a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric clients with tracheostomies and ventilator dependence.
- Collaborate with clients' families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor clients' conditions, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
- Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably those with tracheostomies and ventilator dependence.
- CPR certification and current immunizations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
