Clinical Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Leader to join our team at Thrive SPC. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all clinical services provided to clients and educating, training, and supervising our nurses in the field.
About the Role:
- Manage all clinical services provided to clients
- Educate, train, and supervise nurses in the field
- Interview, educate, train, and perform performance management of clinical team members
- Client triage, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges
- Create high-quality individualized Plans of Care with clients, Clinical Director, and other care team members
Responsibilities:
- Review documentation submissions for accuracy, quality, and authorization for uninterrupted services
- Conduct home and/or hospital visits as needed
