Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to provide high-quality care to a sweet 12-year-old male client with a g-tube in Asheboro, NC. As a Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care nurse, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to the client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement an effective care plan.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of the client's progress and care provided.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- RN/LPN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
