We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide skilled pediatric home care to clients in Leavenworth, KS. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one care to medically fragile children
- Working closely with patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
