Job Description
As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients in their homes, working closely with their families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification from an approved course
